Evaluate, analyze, design, and implement new IT network infrastructure projects. 3.Provide technical support on Network equipment including installation, administration, implementation, and troubleshooting. 4.Investigate problems in systems and services and assist with the implementation of agreed remedies and preventive measures including the maintenance of internal and outsourced I.T. systems and devices. 5.Collaborate with the Infrastructure Team to research, tests, and recommend tools and utilities that may improve or enhance network performance, network reliability, and user support.
