崗位職責： 1．負責模具的方案，設計，加工，進度以及模具供應商管理； 2. 負責組織試摸評審，處理試摸出現(xiàn)的所有問題，在客戶要求時間內(nèi)，完成送樣任務； 3 負責圖紙評審，以及模具轉(zhuǎn)移生產(chǎn)前檔案建立，備件準備； 4. 負責對生產(chǎn)模具的改良和修模事宜； 5. 其它領導安排的事情。 任職要求： 1、28-45歲，大專以上學歷，模具相關專業(yè)； 2、熟悉汽車內(nèi)外飾產(chǎn)品結構，5年以上模具設計工作經(jīng)驗，2年以上儀表板、門板或保險杠設計工作經(jīng)驗； 3、熟練應用CAD、CATIA、UG等設計軟件，。

崗位概述：
負責完善老產(chǎn)品的模具圖紙資料，保證模具圖紙資料的正確性；負責新開發(fā)產(chǎn)品的模具設計工作；負責本部門的其它工作。

3、熟悉刀具新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)流程(開發(fā)、設計、試制)。
4、熟悉國/行業(yè)/地方標準/專利/論文編制及相關配合工作。
5、具有較強創(chuàng)新能力和溝通表達能力
6、可以適應中短期出差工作。

3、根據(jù)項目需求，負責制作項目所需的臨時性模具，并確保在規(guī)定時間內(nèi)完成；
4、負責對模具的設計、制造、維護、改進等過程進行跟蹤、監(jiān)督和優(yōu)化；
5、負責建立并維護模具數(shù)據(jù)庫，并對數(shù)據(jù)庫進行定期更新和維護；
6、負責協(xié)助制造部門解決因模具設計或制造所引發(fā)的生產(chǎn)線問題；
7、參加公司產(chǎn)品的改進，提出合理化建議，并跟蹤后續(xù)改進效果。
職位要求：
1、5年以上塑料產(chǎn)品模具設計經(jīng)驗，熟悉各種塑料材料的特性，具有良好的學以致用能力；
2、5年以上團隊管理經(jīng)驗，具備良好的溝通和團隊合作能力，善于與其他部門的同事溝通協(xié)作；
3、有汽車行業(yè)塑膠模具設計經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先。
