5、學(xué)習(xí)和推廣使用新的測試技術(shù)和工具。

?Shape the future: You will characterize our Si and SiC power semiconductors and modules and develop measurement and testing methods. This makes you an important member of our engineering team for the development of particularly energy-efficient components for battery or fuel cell-based electric drives.
?Use creativity and freedom: You create the foundation for an efficient characterization and testing of our power modules and continuously develop them further. You know the interactions of the power semiconductor components with the test system, specify test procedures and parameter limits.
?Think ahead: You analyze the measurement data, identify reasons for failure and weak points in the products and test technology, create reports, data sheets and test instructions and are responsible for achieving the Bosch quality goals for new product release and series production.
?Implement holistically: In close cooperation with the electrical module architects, you define standardized measurements and evaluations, create automated graphics and tables and generate automated measurement reports. You master the necessary hardware and software to realize these steps.
