Customer Satisfaction Maintain Customer Satisfaction at target levels and promptly resolve customer issues. Finding the balance between customer needs and stakeholder requirements. Deliver projects in a manner that promotes ongoing customer relationships.
Finance Takes ownership for financial performance Monitors financial performance on a monthly, project by project basis to continuously improve financial metrics. Effectively leads the implementation of productivity enhancing process changes related to exceptional delivery. Leverage functions to support continuous improvements in utilization, supply chain outcomes and risk management.
Performance Management Manage the performance management process and providing coaching, training, career planning, development.
Team Building / Communication Builds an effective team committed to organization goals, foster collaboration among team members and between teams. Develop strong multi business relationship to drive successful outcomes .

崗位職責(zé):1. 負(fù)責(zé)收集和消化國內(nèi)外制藥GMP、GAMP5要求,促進(jìn)相關(guān)規(guī)定的執(zhí)行和SOP的編制;2. 編制和更新DQ、IQ、OQ、FAT、SAT等驗(yàn)證文件模板,形成符合最新規(guī)范的驗(yàn)證文件體系;3. 協(xié)助銷售進(jìn)行市場推廣,能帶領(lǐng)、培養(yǎng)團(tuán)隊(duì)成員;4. 與團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)同工作為公司拓展及管理驗(yàn)證咨詢項(xiàng)目。任職條件:1、***本科及以上學(xué)歷(生物、化工、機(jī)械、電氣、計(jì)算機(jī)、自動化);2、8年以上制藥工程項(xiàng)目驗(yàn)證工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),有生物制藥企業(yè)驗(yàn)證工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者佳;3、計(jì)算機(jī)操作能力強(qiáng),能熟練使用辦公自動化軟件;4、對驗(yàn)證相關(guān)的法規(guī)和指南非常熟悉,包括中國新版GMP,F(xiàn)DA及歐盟驗(yàn)證法規(guī)等,系統(tǒng)性的學(xué)習(xí)過并理解國內(nèi)外GMP相關(guān)法律法規(guī);5、熟悉生物制藥細(xì)胞培養(yǎng),細(xì)菌發(fā)酵、純化等上下游工藝以及制劑相關(guān)知識者佳,熟悉生物制藥主要生產(chǎn)設(shè)備;6、英語聽說讀寫流利,能用英文直接溝通;7、責(zé)任心強(qiáng),溝通能力強(qiáng),有較強(qiáng)的抗壓能力,有團(tuán)隊(duì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn);8、能適應(yīng)國內(nèi)出差。 職能類別:藥品生產(chǎn)/質(zhì)量管理

4、了解各項(xiàng)動物細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)基礎(chǔ)技術(shù),熟練細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)相關(guān)儀器使用和維護(hù),思路清晰,善于思考,可獨(dú)立設(shè)計(jì)并分析實(shí)驗(yàn);
