職責描述:
1、負責跟進拉美各戰(zhàn)略市場經(jīng)銷商渠道動態(tài),制定新經(jīng)銷商新建店培訓(xùn)項目及資料包;
2、負責按照乘用車產(chǎn)品上市計劃及訂單情況,制定產(chǎn)品培訓(xùn)資料包的設(shè)計開發(fā)工作;
3、負責收集拉美區(qū)域當?shù)厥袌鱿嚓P(guān)信息,制作本土化營銷賣點及服務(wù)話術(shù)類培訓(xùn)資料;
4、負責考察乘用車經(jīng)銷商店端運營實際情況,制定服務(wù)提升類培訓(xùn)項目及資料開發(fā)。
5、負責給對應(yīng)區(qū)域市場的客戶或者分公司員工提供線下和線上培訓(xùn),前往當?shù)亻_展到店培訓(xùn)輔導(dǎo)工作;
6、負責開展培訓(xùn)滿意度調(diào)查,并分析結(jié)果進行持續(xù)優(yōu)化,完成培訓(xùn)落地閉環(huán)管理;
7、負責培訓(xùn)平臺運營使用,持續(xù)研究創(chuàng)新型培訓(xùn)模式并進行本土化導(dǎo)入。
任職要求:
1、大學(xué)本科及以上學(xué)歷,有海外留學(xué)經(jīng)驗者;
2、英語或西語或葡語流利,具備一定的課程開發(fā)及授課能力;
3、有開發(fā)乘用車產(chǎn)品培訓(xùn)資料優(yōu)先,有開展海外培訓(xùn)經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先;
4、溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力強,具備一定抗壓能力。

薪資待遇
全職員工:中文席:稅前2900元/月-3600元/月
外語席:稅前5300元/月

Responsibilities: - Assess, develop, and implement selection process and tools that increase the level of top talent in the organization while ensuring all processes comply with laws and regulations. - Develop and coordinate delivery of selection training to both recruiters and hiring managers, with a focus on improving quality while maintaining efficiency. - In partnership with other HR teams, look to create alignment between selection and development processes.
